not bad, all good ingredients. just sauce.

  • organic extra virgin olive oil, calabrian chili, shallots, garlic, spices.

  • keep refrigerated.

    EVOO congeals when it’s cold, take out 10 minutes before using

    give it a good stir.

    if you have leftover sauce freeze it. all jars are freezer safe for 6 months.
