happy days is thicc. it’s similar to a concentrate.
we recommend undercooking your pasta about 2 minutes, save 1 cup of pasta water when straining, add pasta back into the pot, add happy days, add pasta water, put the heat back on and finish cooking pasta in the sauce.
add more pasta water as needed.
why? - the pasta water helps to melt the cheese & makes the sauce silky
start with 1/4 - 1/2 cup pasta water (add more as needed).
if you have leftover sauce freeze it. all jars are freezer safe for 6 months.
